Problem:
This problem occurs when the replica copy is requested for download by more
than one user. As a result, an error appears in the DOL.LOG file and the file
is skipped:
"Database is currently being replicated or copied elsewhere..."
Subsequent synchronizations will not replicate documents because the replica
stub does not exist.
This problem does not occur for synchronization of documents; it occurs only
when the database subscription replica is first installed. By reinstalling the
subscription at a different time, the problem is corrected.
Note: The subscription does not need to be uninstalled first. The solution is
to rerun the "install subscription" choice by right-clicking the "Go Offline"
label via the browser.
This issue has been addressed in DOLS releases 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

SPR# MNOI4QMS22 - When testing with multiple users downloading, a download
failed due to replication contention. In another test, one download failed with
no sections downloaded and the log file reporting the error "Database is
currently being replicated or copied elsewhere". This problem has been fixed in
6.0.4 and 6.5.2.
